An unforgettable experience in the Mare Bianco Yesterday we had the pleasure of not only picking up our food from Mare Bianco, as we often do, but actually dining on site - and it was an experience that will be remembered. As soon as you enter the restaurant you can feel the special atmosphere. The ambience is warm, inviting and perfectly coordinated. The harmonious furnishings and the friendly, cheerful staff create a feel-good environment that invites you to linger longer. But the absolute highlight was the food. The quality of the food leaves nothing to be desired. My brother aptly described the sauce on his pasta as “liquid gold” – a real culinary delight that shows that real masters are at work here. Every dish is prepared with attention to detail and craftsmanship, which made the evening a culinary experience. I do have one small request: the vegetarian gnocchi that was on the menu last year was a favorite of ours and we would be very happy if they returned. They would be a perfect addition to the already impressive menu. All in all, the Mare Bianco is a place where everything is just right - from the cuisine to the ambience to the service. We always enjoy coming here and can only warmly recommend it to everyone!
